I set different tags , for different folders. But every morning, when i open Outlook 2010, those tags are not set. But these strange behavior toes not affect all users.

Hi, What’s the detail policy tags have you created? At this stage, I suggest you create only one archive policy tags and assign to certain folder to check whether the tag will be lost again. If the issue persists, I suggest you delete the current profile and recreate it to check the result.
